The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the client, providing them with tailored sales solutions and driving long-term partnerships. This role is essential in aligning our clients’ needs with the company’s strategic goals, ensuring mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate relationships with potential customers ensuring satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a liaison between the client and prospects to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.

  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the sales or marketing industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Sales Representative

Stellar Heights Enterprise is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging directly with customers through face-to-face sales efforts, representing our clients’ products and services, and driving new customer acquisition. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers and consistently achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct face-to-face sales presentations with potential customers at retail locations and events.
  • Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the products and services being offered.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve sales strategies and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve company-wide sales goals.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm at all times.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.

Requirements:
